<p><span style="font-weight: 400">According to a statement on the EDCIL website, the engagement of consultants is purely contractual for two years, which can be extended by one year up to a maximum period of five years, meaning 2+1+1+1 MoE and years for rendering services on specific projects as per the individual's performance requirements.</span></p>
