Kyle Richards54, and Mauricio Umansky53, are facing problems in their marriage in Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Now, the real estate mogul is getting candid again about the divorce rumors and what life is like with Kyle today. “You know everyone wants to know what’s going on in my marriage…and you know I know it too!” He said during the November 15 episode of the show The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast.
Mauricio also went on to share how things are now after the months-long drama with Kyle. “What my life looks like now is crazy,” he joked. “It’s out of control.” The proud father of three went on to say that he and the Bravo personality are “normal” people going through common issues. “We are normal people. We are normal human beings. We are going through a struggle,” Mauricio said. “We are going through issues like everyone else, and there is no manual on how to deal with them.”
Later in the interview, the 53-year-old confirmed that he and Kyle had “broken up” just four months after they denied they were getting a divorce. He continued: “If we are apart, it means that we give each other time to allow things to happen, which means that it cannot change every minute and every day.” Mauricio also criticized tabloids for wanting to cover the drama daily. “When I know what I’m going to do with my marriage, I’ll tell all of you guys,” he said. “Until then, everyone can take a walk and rest!”
Kyle’s estranged husband described the public’s curiosity about their marriage as “disturbing” but later claimed he understood because they were both “public figures”. Mauricio also explained how he blocks out the “noise” amidst relationship problems. “The way I control myself is I don’t let the noise in,” he said. “It’s hard sometimes, sometimes the noise is there, don’t get me wrong…but there are days when it’s noise.”
As Bravo fans know, Kyle and Mauricio’s marriage this season is at the center of the issue Rupa Storylines Because of this he chose not to watch the show. “This year I chose not to watch the season The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. “Because I also know that they’re dramatizing everything and that there’s a bunch of stuff… that I don’t even want to see just because it will create more noise with me… and more opinions,” Mauricio explained. “The people who watch this show are all so opinionated they don’t realize that there are two human beings on the other side of that opinion. That’s really difficult.
