Karlie Kloss, 31, just welcomed her second child four months ago and is learning how to embrace her post-pregnancy body. The model is the mother of the children Levi2, and four months ElijahShe admitted that she had self-compassion after having a conversation with herself about staying fit.

So I do light weight exercises as well as body weight exercises. I still travel a lot, so I don’t always have a gym nearby. So I like to do things that I can do anywhere. I like to exercise first thing in the morning. In fact, the first thing I do in the morning is check my sleep data. “I’m weirdly competing with myself in my sleep.”

When it comes to balancing her work life and motherhood, Carly said she loves it. “It’s delicious,” she gushed. “My two-year-old, oh my gosh, he’s a sponge. He asks a million questions and he’s so curious and I feel like I’m seeing the world through his eyes. All the cliche things I find myself saying, I can’t even believe it. But it’s really special.”
