Amazon is giving away a bunch of video games for free as part of its Black Friday deals. What are you waiting?
Yes, as long as you have a Prime account, you can get free stuff through the Prime Gaming homepage. Amazon has a selection of free games on a monthly basis, but with Black Friday coming up, go ahead and think of them as Black Friday deals. This will make them feel even cuter. Perhaps. I do not know.
PlayStation Portal: It’s both life-changing and frustrating
Anyway, there are nine free Prime games in November, according to GameSpot. To claim them, simply press the “Activate Prime Gaming” button in the top right corner, and then you can claim any game from the home page. Once you claim one, it’s yours to keep. Here’s each game, along with the date you can start claiming it:
Rage 2 (November 2)
Centipede: Supercharged (November 9)
Evan’s remains (November 10)
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (November 16)
Behind the frame: The most beautiful scenery (November 16)
The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos (November 22)
Black Widow: Overloaded (November 23)
Orten was the Case (November 30)
Caverns of Mars: Reloaded (November 30)
As you can see, it’s a decent mix of big names and smaller indie titles. The most recognizable game is obviously Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republica classic BioWare RPG that’s a shocking 20 years old. Rage 2 it’s also easy to spot as a big-budget first-person shooter from 2019, courtesy of Bethesda. It’s not exactly amazing, but it’s dumb fun at the price of free.
and hey Centipede: Supercharged is a great inclusion if you like arcade games from 1981. Overall, it’s a pretty diverse selection and you don’t have to pay for any of them.
